About Streamside DHARMA
& Winn Frida
Winn Frida

Winn (she/her) is a
graduate of the Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certificate Program (MMTCP) offered by Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield, a graduate of Spirit Rock Meditation Center's Dedicated Practitioner Program, and a Yoruba Initiate. She recently completed a year-long journey with The Pocket Project, which addresses global restoration by creating a culture of trauma-informed care.
Winn is a student of the Dharma and a teacher of mindfulness. She shares the timeless offerings of mindfulness and wisdom cultures in a radically inclusive, safe container called Streamside Dharma.

With deep bows of gratitude, Streamside Dharma comes to you from the lands of the Creek and Haudenosaunee (for a list of land acknowledgements, please visit: https://native.land.ca).
Streamside Dharma is lovingly held in an online Zoom space. Check back for additional, in-person offerings.
